This 512GB kit contains four 128GB DDR4 3200 ECC registered DIMMs built for Thinkmate GPX-QT8-24E2-8GPU GPU-optimised servers. Each module runs at 1.2V with CL22 latency and a 4Rx4 organisation. The registered design and error-correcting code suit enterprise workloads that demand data integrity and high capacity.

Sustained-load behaviour with registered ECC DDR4

Registered buffering reduces electrical load on the memory controller, allowing all four DIMMs to operate together at 3200MT/s without signal degradation during continuous compute tasks.
