Each module runs at 1.2 V with CL22 latency and a 4Rx4 organisation using major OEM DRAM from Samsung Micron or Hynix. The 288-pin registered design targets mission-critical workloads that require error correction and signal integrity.

Registered ECC modules with OEM DRAM

Registered buffering reduces electrical load on the server memory controller while ECC corrects single-bit errors to protect data integrity during sustained GPU compute tasks. The 4Rx4 rank structure increases density per channel so the platform can reach 256 GB with only two slots populated. Tool-less DIMM installation in qualified slots
