This NEMIX RAM kit supplies 64GB of DDR5 registered ECC memory in a matched four-module set. Each 16GB module runs at 6400MHz with CL52 latency and 1.10V operation. The kit is validated for the Supermicro GrandTwin A+ Server AS-2116GT-HNTF.
Registered DDR5 modules at 1.10V draw modest power under typical server workloads. The absence of heat spreaders means airflow across the 288-pin RDIMM slots handles cooling. CL52 timing at 6400MHz keeps electrical load predictable for the platform’s memory controller.
Installing four 1Rx8 modules populates all channels for maximum bandwidth on the target platform. ECC and registered signalling protect data integrity in multi-socket or virtualisation deployments. The modules have no heat spreaders and no moving parts, so no routine maintenance is required; if a module fails, replace the faulty 16 GB stick with an identical DDR5 6400 CL52 1.10 V ECC RDIMM to keep the quad-channel set matched.
The DDR5 6400 CL52 timing at 1.10 V is the primary constraint; sustained heavy traffic will hit CAS latency 52 and the registered buffer before thermal or power limits become an issue.
