This 64GB DDR5 module runs at 4800MHz with CL40 latency and 1.10V operation. It uses a 288-pin registered DIMM form factor with 2Rx4 organisation and on-die ECC. The memory is validated for the ASRock Rack SIENAD10HM3 motherboard.
