This NEMIX RAM module provides 64GB of DDR5 4800 registered ECC memory in a single 288-pin DIMM. It operates at 1.1V with CL40 latency and uses a 2Rx4 organisation built from major OEM DRAM. The module is validated for Supermicro platforms including the SuperServer SSG-521E-E1CR24H, SSG-521E-E1CR24L and X13SEDW-F motherboards.
