This 64GB DDR5 5600 CL46 registered DIMM adds ECC capacity to the Dell PowerEdge XE9685L rack server. It runs at 1.1V with a 4Rx4 organisation and uses major OEM DRAM from Samsung, Micron or Hynix. The module fits standard 288-pin DDR5 slots and requires no heat spreader for operation.
