The Netgear Nighthawk RS200 is a dual-band WiFi 7 router built for households that need high throughput for gaming, 4K streaming and video conferencing. It supports up to 80 concurrent devices across 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz bands and covers up to 2,500 sq. ft. A quad-core 2.0 GHz processor with 2GB RAM and 512MB NAND flash handles the traffic load. WPA3 with 128-bit AES encryption and automatic firmware updates keep the network secure.

Passive cooling with internal antennas

Four high-performance internal antennas and high-power amplifiers deliver up to 6.5 Gbps aggregate wireless speed without external moving parts. The 5 GHz radio uses a 4x4 configuration at 160 MHz with 4K-QAM for 5.8 Gbps, while the 2.4 GHz radio runs 2x2 at 40 MHz for 0.7 Gbps. The unit ships with a 12V/2.5A power adapter and has no fan, so it runs silently in normal use.
