Argon ONE V2 Case Upgrade

This NuoTo expansion board adds an M.2 SATA SSD slot to an Argon ONE V2 Raspberry Pi 4 case. It connects through a USB 3.0 bridge to enable high-speed data transfers and operating-system boot from the solid-state drive. The kit includes the circuit board, bridge, thermal pads and mounting hardware.

SATA M.2 SSD Builders Only

The board accepts only M.2 drives with B-Key or B+M-Key pinouts that use the SATA protocol. It is physically compatible solely with the Argon ONE V2 case, so owners of other Raspberry Pi 4 enclosures cannot install it. Builders wanting PCIe signalling or a different key layout must choose another solution.

B-Key or B+M-Key SATA Requirement

Verify that the intended M.2 SSD carries a B-Key or B+M-Key and communicates over SATA before purchase. The on-board USB 3.0 bridge handles the connection to the Raspberry Pi 4, so the drive must match this interface to function correctly.
