Server ECC RDIMM kit

This OWC kit supplies 128 GB of DDR3L 1600 ECC registered memory in four 32 GB modules. It uses 240-pin DIMMs rated at CL11 and 1.35 V with a 4Rx4 organisation. The modules are JEDEC compliant and built for Supermicro SuperServer 8047R, 8048B, F617R2, F617R3 and F627G2 systems.

Workstation and server upgrades only

The registered ECC design suits workloads that demand error correction and signal integrity, such as virtualisation hosts or storage appliances. It will not work in standard desktop motherboards and cannot be mixed with unbuffered memory. Buyers needing consumer SO-DIMMs or non-ECC UDIMMs must select a different product.

Registered ECC DDR3L 1600 at 1.35 V
