This module is a single 128GB DDR4 3200 ECC Load Reduced DIMM built for HP ProLiant DL385 Gen10 Plus, DL385 Gen10 Plus v2, DX360 Gen10 Plus and DX385 Gen10 Plus servers. It uses a 288-pin form factor with 4Rx4 organisation and CL22 latency. It is not compatible with standard desktop computers or with unbuffered or registered ECC memory.

Operating at 1.2V, the module runs within standard DDR4 server voltage limits. No heat spreader is fitted, so airflow across the DIMM slots handles cooling. Load Reduced architecture reduces electrical load on the memory bus, helping keep power draw predictable under sustained workloads.
