1 TB Registered ECC Kit

This kit supplies one terabyte of DDR4 server memory in four matched 256 GB modules. It is built for workstations, servers and NAS systems that require registered ECC DIMMs and cannot accept unbuffered or load-reduced memory.

DDR4 3200 CL22 8Rx4

Each module runs at DDR4 3200 with CAS latency 22 and an 8Rx4 octal-rank organisation, the single specification that determines whether the platform can address the full capacity. The 288-pin registered DIMMs operate at 1.2 V and conform to JEDEC PC4-25600 timings.

Four-slot population

Populating four DIMM slots with these 256 GB modules delivers the rated density while leaving other channels free for additional kits if the motherboard supports them. The registered design requires a platform that explicitly supports registered ECC; standard desktop boards will not post with this memory installed.
