4 TB DDR4 ECC Registered Kit

This kit delivers 4 TB of DDR4 3200 memory across sixteen 256 GB RDIMMs. It is built for workstations, servers and NAS systems that require registered ECC modules with an 8Rx4 organisation. The modules run at 1.2 V and carry a CL22 latency rating.

288-pin RDIMM form factor for registered platforms

Each module uses the standard 288-pin RDIMM layout and must be installed in systems that support registered ECC memory. The kit cannot be mixed with unbuffered or load-reduced DIMMs, so the platform must accept registered modules exclusively. Compatibility is validated against specific Samsung, Hynix and Supermicro part numbers.

Sustained throughput at JEDEC speeds

The memory operates at the JEDEC-standard 3200 MT/s data rate under continuous load. All modules are tested to meet PC4-25600 specifications, providing stable bandwidth for long-running server workloads. ECC correction maintains data integrity during extended operation.
