Server-grade ECC registered kit

This OWC kit supplies 1 TB of DDR4 ECC registered memory across four 256 GB modules. It is built for Supermicro workstation and server boards including H12SSW-iN, X12DPG-OA, H11DSi, H11SSL-NC and H12SSW-NT. The modules run at 3200 MT/s with CL22 latency at 1.2 V.

Replaces unbuffered or mixed-rank DIMMs

The upgrade replaces unbuffered or load-reduced DIMMs that cannot operate alongside registered memory. The jump is worth it when the platform requires registered ECC and the workload demands the full 1 TB capacity across all populated slots.

Limited to registered-ECC platforms

The DDR4 registered interface only functions in motherboards that support 8Rx4 registered ECC DIMMs. Standard desktop boards and any system lacking registered-ECC support will not recognise these modules.
