1TB ECC Registered server kit

This OWC kit supplies 1TB of DDR4 3200 PC4-25600 memory in four 256GB RDIMMs. It is built for workstations and servers that require ECC registered modules and octal-rank density. The modules run at CL22 latency and 1.2V. They replace Hynix HMAT14JXSRB120N and HMAT14JXSRB122N parts.

Your platform must support DDR4 ECC registered RDIMMs with 8Rx4 organisation. Standard desktop boards cannot use registered memory. Mixing these modules with unbuffered or load-reduced DIMMs is not supported. Verify that your system accepts 288-pin registered modules before ordering.
