Server-grade DDR4 LRDIMM kit

This kit provides one terabyte of DDR4 memory across four 256 GB load-reduced DIMMs. It is built for Supermicro, HP and Dell servers that require ECC load-reduced modules and cannot accept unbuffered or registered ECC memory. The 288-pin form factor fits compatible server and workstation boards.

DDR4 3200 CL22 interface limits

The modules run at 3200 MHz with a CAS latency of 22 and operate at 1.2 V. They are backward compatible with 2133, 2400, 2666 and 2933 MHz bus speeds, so the kit will clock down automatically when installed in slower platforms. Mixing with unbuffered or registered ECC DIMMs is not supported by the memory architecture.

288-pin LRDIMM build and connectors

Each stick uses a 288-pin load-reduced DIMM connector designed for server motherboards. The ECC load-reduced design reduces electrical load on the memory controller, allowing higher density per channel. The kit is JEDEC-standard and RoHS compliant, making it a warranty-safe upgrade for qualified Supermicro models including H12DSG-O-CPU, H12DST-B, H12DSU-iN, H12SSL-C and H12SSL-i.
