Server-grade capacity

This kit delivers 2TB of DDR4 memory across eight 256GB load-reduced DIMMs. It is built for Supermicro H12DSG-O-CPU, H12DST-B, H12DSU-iN, H12SSL-C and H12SSL-i motherboards in server, workstation and NAS roles. ECC load-reduced technology is required; the modules will not work in standard desktops or alongside unbuffered or registered ECC memory.

Replaces lower-density registered DIMMs

The upgrade suits administrators who have exhausted registered ECC slots and need higher per-slot density without changing platforms. It is not for systems that only accept unbuffered or standard registered ECC modules, nor for builds that cannot populate all eight slots. Backward compatibility covers 2133, 2400, 2666 and 2933MHz operation when the platform requires it.
