Server ECC RDIMM Kit

This OWC kit supplies 256 GB of DDR5 memory in two 128 GB registered DIMMs. Each module runs at 4800 MT/s with CL40 latency at 1.1 V and uses a 4Rx4 organisation. The 288-pin form factor fits the memory slots of Dell PowerEdge R760xa, R860 and R960 servers.

Not for desktops or unbuffered builds
