Server memory kit

This OWC kit provides 128 GB of DDR4 ECC registered memory arranged as eight 16 GB modules. It runs at 2933 MHz with a CAS latency of CL21 and operates at the standard 1.2 V. The 288-pin RDIMM form factor and 2Rx4 organisation are built for multi-socket server and workstation platforms that require registered DIMMs with error correction.

For servers and workstations only

The modules are designed for systems that explicitly support DDR4 ECC registered memory, including compatible NAS appliances. They will not function in standard desktop PCs or laptops that accept only unbuffered non-ECC DIMMs, and they cannot be mixed with unbuffered memory in the same platform.
