This OWC kit provides 256GB of DDR4 ECC Load Reduced memory across four 64GB modules. It is built for administrators upgrading Cisco UCS B200 M4 or C220 M4 servers. The modules operate at 1.2V and carry a CL17 latency rating. This memory will not work in standard desktop computers.

LRDIMM Constraints

Load Reduced DIMMs reduce electrical load on the server memory bus to allow higher total capacity. They cannot be mixed with unbuffered or standard registered ECC modules in the same system. The kit is backward compatible with 2133MHz operation if the platform requires it. Buyers needing standard UDIMM or RDIMM memory should look elsewhere.

Capacity Decider

The 256GB total capacity in a four-module configuration is the specification that determines fit. Verify the server has four available 288-pin slots and supports 4Rx4 LRDIMM population rules.
