Registered ECC constraints

Registered ECC RDIMMs cannot be mixed with unbuffered or load-reduced DIMMs in the same system. The memory operates at 1.2 V with a CAS latency of CL17 and conforms to the PC4-19200 (DDR4 2400) JEDEC standard. Compatibility is limited to platforms that explicitly support registered ECC DDR4.

Eight-module capacity limit

The kit delivers its full 256 GB only when all eight 32 GB modules are installed in a supported Cisco UCS server. Systems with fewer DIMM slots or a lower maximum memory ceiling will not accept the complete kit.
