256 GB DDR4 LRDIMM for Supermicro servers

This single 256 GB module uses DDR4 technology at 2933 MHz with CL21 latency and an 8Rx4 organisation. It is an ECC Load Reduced DIMM built for workstations, servers and NAS systems that require registered memory. The 288-pin form factor operates at 1.2 V and follows JEDEC PC4-23400 specifications.

Installation notes and common issues

The module fits standard 288-pin DDR4 slots and is keyed for Load Reduced memory only. It will not work in desktop boards that accept unbuffered or standard registered DIMMs, and mixing it with those types prevents the system from posting.
