This single 32GB DDR4 2933 PC4-23400 CL21 2Rx4 registered DIMM operates at 1.2V and is built for Cisco HX220c M5, HX240c M5, HXAF220c M5, HX-E-220M5SX and C480 ML M5 servers. It replaces Cisco part numbers HXMRX32G2RTH, HXSPM32G2RTH and UCSMRX32G2RTH. The module is not compatible with standard desktop computers or unbuffered memory configurations.

ECC registered operation detects and corrects single-bit errors while the register buffers address and command signals to reduce electrical load on the memory controller. This stabilises throughput during continuous multi-threaded tasks such as virtualisation, database transactions and large-file processing.
