This OWC kit provides 512 GB of DDR4 memory in two 256 GB modules. It is built for workstations and servers that require ECC registered DIMMs and will not operate in standard desktop computers. The modules run at 3200 MT/s with a CL22 latency and a 1.2 V operating voltage.
