This OWC kit provides 64GB of DDR4 server memory in a dual-channel pair of 32GB modules. It is designed for workstations, servers and NAS systems that require error-correcting load-reduced DIMMs. The modules operate at 1.2V and carry a CL19 latency rating.

Load-Reduced 4Rx4 Architecture

The defining specification is the 4Rx4 load-reduced design with ECC. This architecture reduces electrical load on the memory controller, allowing higher total capacity per channel than standard registered DIMMs. It will not work in desktop boards and cannot be mixed with unbuffered memory.

288-Pin DDR4 Compatibility
