This OWC kit delivers 64 GB of DDR4 ECC registered memory across four 16 GB modules. It is built for Synology FlashStation FS3400, FS3410 and FS3600 systems that require registered DIMMs. Standard desktop boards cannot use this memory type.

Registered ECC with CL19 latency

Each 288-pin RDIMM runs at 2666 MHz (PC4-21300) with a CAS latency of 19 and operates at 1.2 V. The modules are dual-rank 2Rx4 and conform to JEDEC standards. Mixing with unbuffered or load-reduced DIMMs is not supported.

Steady throughput at rated speed

Under sustained load the kit maintains its 2666 MHz data rate and 1.2 V operating point without throttling. Backward compatibility with 2133 MHz and 2400 MHz platforms allows the same modules to run reliably at lower speeds when the system requires it.
