This is a 64GB DDR4 2933MHz ECC registered RDIMM designed for Lenovo ThinkSystem servers with Xeon SP Gen 2 processors. It operates at 1.2V with CL21 latency and uses a 288-pin form factor. The module is built to JEDEC standards and replaces Lenovo part numbers 4X70V98063, 4ZC7A08710 and 4ZC7A08744.
