64GB DDR4 ECC RDIMM for ThinkSystem ST550

This 64GB DDR4 2933MHz module is built for the Lenovo ThinkSystem ST550 server. It uses registered ECC technology required by Xeon SP Gen 2 platforms. Standard desktop systems cannot accept this memory type.

Capacity and registered headroom

A single 64GB stick adds substantial capacity for virtualisation or large datasets. Registered buffering reduces electrical load on the memory controller, allowing more modules per channel. Mixing with unbuffered DIMMs is not supported and will prevent boot.

288-pin DDR4 slot requirements

The module fits a standard 288-pin DDR4 slot and runs at 1.2V. Backward compatibility covers 2133, 2400 and 2666MHz bus speeds. No heat spreader is fitted, so airflow across the DIMM row must be maintained by the server chassis fans.
