This 64GB DDR4 module is an ECC registered DIMM built for the Cisco UCS C4200 server platform. It operates at 3200 MT/s with a CAS latency of 22 and runs at 1.2V. The 2Rx4 dual-rank organisation fits the 288-pin RDIMM slot and replaces Cisco part numbers UCSMRX64G2RW, UCS-MR-X64G2RW-M and UCSXMRX64G2RW. It is not compatible with standard desktop computers or unbuffered and load-reduced memory types.
