This OWC memory module delivers 64GB of DDR5 5600 capacity in a single 288-pin ECC Registered DIMM. It is validated for Supermicro X13DEI-T, X13DEM, X13DET-B, X13DGU and X13DSF-A motherboards. The module targets servers and workstations that require registered ECC memory for data integrity. It will not function in standard desktop platforms or alongside unbuffered or load-reduced DIMMs.
Operating at the JEDEC-standard 1.1V, the module draws minimal power for its density and speed rating. No heat spreader is fitted, so airflow across the PCB manages thermals in typical server chassis. The registered buffer reduces electrical loading on the memory controller, contributing to stable operation under sustained workloads. Silent solid-state construction adds no acoustic noise to the system.
