It integrates an Intel Core i5 4th Gen processor running at 1.60GHz with Intel HD Graphics 4400, 8GB of DDR3 memory, a 256GB SSD and a 1TB HDD. The IP65-rated front panel and high-temperature five-wire resistive touchscreen suit factory floors, automation cabinets and embedded kiosks where dust and moisture are present.

Fanless Thermal Design

An aluminium alloy chassis dissipates heat without moving parts, so the system runs silently in normal operation. The fanless construction eliminates bearing wear and reduces the ingress path for contaminants. Power is supplied through a 12V DC input fed by a 100-240V AC adapter, supporting automatic power-on after a power failure.

Sustained Load Behaviour

Operating temperature is rated 0 to 50°C when running from the SSD and 0 to 40°C with the mechanical HDD active. The watchdog timer offers a 255-level timeout to recover from software stalls during long shifts. With no fan to throttle, performance remains consistent as long as the enclosure ambient stays within the specified range.
