The Partaker A20 is a 15-inch panel PC with an IP65-rated front panel, Intel Core i5-8265U processor, 32GB DDR4 memory and a 1TB SATA SSD. It ships with Windows 11 Pro pre-installed and operates across a wide 9-36V DC input range. The fanless aluminium chassis supports continuous duty in temperatures from -20°C to 60°C with an industrial SSD.

Touchscreen, I/O and expansion that matter

The resistive multi-touch screen works with gloves and resists 50000 thousand actuations at 1024x768 resolution. Two Intel 1000M LAN ports, four USB 3.0 ports, two COM ports configurable for RS232/RS422/RS485, HDMI and audio provide PLC, HMI and peripheral connectivity. A Mini PCIe slot with SIM holder accepts Wi-Fi or 4G modules, while dual drive bays allow RAID 0/1 on SATA storage.

Embedded mounting with minimal integration risk

The unit fits a 355x279mm cut-out and weighs 3.9kgs, mounting flush from the front with included brackets. Phoenix connector wiring demands correct 9-36V polarity despite reverse-polarity protection. Resistive touch requires periodic calibration and lacks the gesture response of capacitive panels. The single SODIMM slot is already populated at the 32GB maximum, so memory cannot be increased later.
