The Partaker A21 is a fanless 17-inch all-in-one computer built around an Intel Core i5-8265U processor with 8 GB DDR4 memory and a 128 GB SATA SSD. Its IP65-rated front panel and 9–36 V Phoenix power input target factory automation, kiosk and machine-interface deployments that need continuous operation in dusty or wet environments.

Embedded mounting with wide-voltage Phoenix power

Installation uses the supplied embedded brackets for a 389 x 321 mm cut-out; the unit also accepts wall, desktop or cantilever mounts. The 2-pin Phoenix connector handles 9–36 V DC directly, so wiring errors occur when installers feed AC mains or exceed 36 V. Two serial ports support RS232/422/485 — incorrect jumper selection is the typical cause of communication failure.

Verify cut-out, voltage and expansion needs

Confirm the panel cut-out matches 389 x 321 mm and that your supply delivers 9–36 V DC to the Phoenix plug. Check whether the single Mini PCIe slot with SIM holder satisfies wireless or 4G requirements, and note the M.2 2280 SATA plus 2.5-inch SATA bays if additional storage or RAID 0/1 is planned.
