It ships with Windows 10 Pro on a fanless aluminum chassis rated IP65 at the front. This configuration targets machine interfaces, SCADA nodes and edge inference tasks that need a sealed, silent platform.

Sustained load on the i5-8250U

The quad-core CPU reaches 3.40 GHz in short bursts, but the fanless design relies on the entire aluminum case as a heatsink. Under continuous industrial workloads the processor will throttle to stay within thermal limits, so compute-heavy tasks run at a lower steady clock rather than the peak turbo frequency. The 8GB of installed DDR4 handles typical HMI and lightweight AI inference; the board accepts up to 32GB if the application demands more headroom.

Practical limits of the I/O standard

Dual Gigabit Ethernet ports and four USB sockets provide standard plant-floor connectivity, while two configurable RS232/485 COM ports link legacy PLCs and sensors.
