Industrial panel PC

The Partaker A27 is a 15-inch all-in-one computer with an IP65-rated resistive touchscreen front panel, an Intel Core i3-5005U dual-core processor at 2.00 GHz, 16 GB of DDR3 memory and a 256 GB mSATA drive. It ships with Windows 10 Pro and a fanless aluminium chassis rated for -20 to +60 °C operation.

Build integration

The unit mounts through a 355×279 mm panel cutout for embedded installation, removing the need for a separate enclosure in dusty or wet areas. Dual Gigabit Ethernet, two configurable RS232/485 serial ports, four USB ports, HDMI and LVDS outputs, plus two mini PCIe slots for wireless modules provide extensive industrial I/O without extra cards. A 12 V DC input is standard with an optional 9–36 V wide-range alternative.

Thermals and power

The completely fanless aluminium alloy enclosure ensures silent, zero-maintenance cooling while dissipating heat from the 15 W-class processor. Two integrated 8 W speakers handle audio output. The design targets reliable operation across the full -20 to +60 °C temperature range with no moving parts to wear or clog in harsh environments.
