The Partaker A28 is a 15.6-inch fanless panel PC built around an Intel Core i5-4200U processor, 16GB of DDR3 memory and a 256GB mSATA drive. Its aluminium-alloy chassis carries an IP65-rated front panel and operates from -20 to +60 °C on 12 V DC with optional 9–36 V wide-range input. The unit ships with Windows 10 Pro and a resistive touchscreen rated for 50 million touches.

Resistive touch and fixed memory ceiling

The 1920x1080 TFT-LCD uses a resistive layer that works with gloves or stylus but does not support multi-finger gestures. Memory is soldered to a 16 GB maximum across two DDR3 slots, so capacity cannot be increased after purchase. Expansion relies on two mini-PCIe sockets and a cutout of 385x234.3 mm for embedded mounting.
