A helium-sealed enclosure reduces internal friction and supports continuous duty cycles. The drive ships installed in an HP Gen11 3.5 inch tray that fits Gen10+ and Gen11 ProLiant servers, enabling hot-swap replacement without powering down the chassis. SATA connectors follow the standard 6.0 Gb/s pin-out for direct backplane attachment.
