PCI-E 1x to 16x riser for tight chassis

This riser converts a single PCI-E 1x slot into a physical 16x connector using a 20cm flexible flat cable. It fits 1U, 2U and 3U server cases where a full-height card cannot sit directly on the motherboard. The board accepts 1x, 4x, 8x and 16x cards while operating at 1x electrical speed.
