Shenzhen Junxiangcheng 6U Rackmount Chassis

This 6U rackmount server chassis supports E-ATX motherboards up to 13.68 by 13 inches and fits standard 19-inch racks. It is built from 1.0mm SGCC zinc-coated steel and provides three-section ball slides for installation. The unit includes system controls for power, reset, UID and status LEDs. It is designed for cloud storage, big data and security monitoring deployments.

The chassis targets builders who need sixty 3.5-inch hot-swap drive bays with a 6Gb/s expander backplane using Mini-SAS SFF-8087 connectors. Two internal 2.5-inch bays and seven half-height PCIe slots support additional peripherals. Buyers requiring fewer drive bays or a smaller rack footprint should consider a different form factor. The optional 12Gb/s backplane uses SFF-8643 connectors for faster SAS/SATA connectivity.

60-bay 6Gb/s expander backplane decides fit

The defining specification is the sixty 3.5-inch hot-swap bays driven by a 6Gb/s expander backplane with temperature control and SGPIO support. This backplane uses Mini-SAS SFF-8087 interfaces and includes staggered spin-up. An optional 12Gb/s expander backplane with SFF-8643 interfaces is available. Cooling is handled by six hot-swap 12038 fans plus four 8038 fans, and power uses standard CRPS redundant supplies.
