Compact 2U SP5 cooler

The SilverStone XE02-SP5 is a 64mm-tall active CPU cooler built for 2U rackmount servers and workstations using AMD Socket SP5. It targets system integrators and operators who need reliable thermal management in dense, small-form-factor enclosures where standard tower coolers cannot fit.

Rated for 400W TDP headroom

Five 6mm heat pipes transfer heat into an aluminium fin stack, enabling the cooler to handle Epyc processors rated up to 400W TDP. In sustained all-core workloads the thermal margin remains adequate; beyond the rated TDP or in severely restricted airflow the cooler will reach its limit and throttle the processor.

Dual ball-bearing PWM fan

A 60mm 4-pin PWM fan spins between 1600 and 10000rpm, delivering up to 51.9 CFM and 30.99mmH2O static pressure at a maximum of 57.5dBA while drawing 0.94A. The dual ball bearing design is rated for 198000 hours MTTF, providing long-life operation in continuously running server environments.
