The Solidigm D7-P5620 delivers 12.8TB of storage in a U.2 15mm form factor built for enterprise servers. It uses 144L TLC 3D NAND connected through a PCI-Express 4.0 interface. The drive is rated for 2,000,000 hours MTBF and includes Opal security.

Suited for high-capacity read-heavy workloads

This SSD fits data-centre arrays that need dense, reliable capacity for read-intensive applications. It is not for systems that only accept 2.5mm or 7mm drive heights, nor for builds requiring a standard M.2 or add-in card form factor.

U.2 15mm physical specification
