This internal SSD uses the PCIe 4.0 x4 interface with NVMe to deliver up to 7400 MB/s sequential read and 6900 MB/s sequential write. The 4TB capacity stores large game libraries, video projects and system images in a single M.2 2280 module. It suits desktop, laptop, NUC and NAS platforms that support the form factor and protocol.

Sustained load with graphene label

The drive employs a sub-1mm graphene label that works alongside a motherboard heatsink to dissipate heat during prolonged transfers. Without a separate DRAM cache, the controller relies on Host Memory Buffer to maintain throughput. Rated endurance of 2000 TBW and an MTBF of 1600000 hours indicate durability for continuous workloads within the 0 °C to 70 °C operating range.

Verify slot and cooling before ordering

Confirm the host provides an M.2 2280 slot wired for PCIe 4.0 x4 and NVMe; older keying or PCIe 3.0 will limit speed. Ensure the onboard heatsink makes contact with the graphene label, as the drive has no integrated thermal solution. Check that the platform BIOS recognises 4TB NVMe volumes and that the OS supports the capacity.
