The NV5000 TM8FGM001T0C101 is a consumer-class internal SSD with 1TB capacity and an M.2 2280 form factor. It connects through a PCIe 4.0 x4 interface using the NVMe protocol. The drive uses a DRAM-less design with host memory buffer support. Sequential reads reach up to 4500 MBps and writes up to 1900 MBps.

Graphene label handles thermals

A patented graphene cooling label sits on the controller to dissipate heat without adding bulk. The drive measures 3.70mm in height, fitting standard M.2 slots in laptops and desktops. It is rated for operation from 0°C to 70°C and storage from -40°C to 85°C. Shock resistance is specified at 1500G for 0.5ms and vibration resistance at 80Hz to 2000Hz at 20G.
