The Team Group NV5000 is a 500GB M.2 2280 solid-state drive built for consumer PCs and laptops. It connects through a PCIe 4.0 x4 lane using the NVMe protocol. A factory-fitted heatsink covers the controller and NAND to help manage thermals under load. The drive uses host memory buffer technology instead of onboard DRAM.
