The Team Group T-FORCE CARDEA A440 is a 4TB internal SSD built on the PCIe Gen 4.0 x4 interface with NVMe 1.4 protocol. It targets consumer workloads that need high sequential and random throughput in a single M.2 2280 module. A 4GB DRAM cache supports sustained performance across large file transfers and heavy multitasking.

Fits M.2 2280 slots with two heat-sink options

The drive ships with an aluminum and graphene heat sink that measures 12.90mm tall, plus a thinner graphene option at 3.70mm for tighter clearances. Widths are 22.00mm and 23.40mm respectively, while depth stays at 80.0mm. This flexibility lets builders choose the profile that matches their motherboard layout and airflow without extra brackets.

3000TBW endurance with 7000/6900 MBps peaks

Rated at 3000TB written and 3,000,000 hours MTBF, the SSD delivers up to 7000 MBps sequential read and 6900 MBps sequential write, plus 1,000,000 IOPS for both 4KB random read and write.
