The Thermal Grizzly TG-GG-01 is a highly compressible foam gasket set designed for GPU dies on GeForce RTX 4090 5080 and 5090 graphics cards. It protects surrounding surface-mounted devices when using liquid metal or other electrically conductive thermal interface materials. The package contains nine pieces covering all three supported models.

Upgrade from bare die application

Builders who currently apply liquid metal directly to the die without a barrier gain protection against short circuits from spills onto nearby components. The jump is worth it when switching to conductive compounds or when seeking longer liquid metal durability through oxygen isolation. The gasket compresses from 0.8 mm down to 0.15 mm under mounting pressure to bridge height differences.
