Ten-drive 512 GB kit

This Timetec kit contains ten M.2 2280 SATA internal SSDs, each offering 512 GB of 3D NAND TLC storage. The drives suit PC and laptop builders who need multiple identical units for volume deployments or RAID arrays. They connect over a standard SATA III 6 Gb/s interface and fit the common M.2 2280 slot.

SLC cache and endurance

Each drive uses an SLC cache layer to accelerate burst workloads and extend write endurance. The manufacturer rates the series at 256 TBW per drive and cites a 1,500,000-hour MTBF figure. Firmware supports SMART, TRIM, garbage collection, wear-levelling and ECC for background health management.

550 MB/s read ceiling
