This 128GB kit contains eight 16GB DDR5 registered DIMMs tested for Intel W790 workstation motherboards. ECC error correction and on-die thermal monitoring protect data integrity during long compute sessions. The modules are not compatible with standard desktop or laptop platforms.

Registered ECC at 6400MT/s with CL32

The kit runs at DDR5 6400 with timings of 32-39-39-102 at 1.4V via Intel XMP. Registered buffering and ECC are mandatory for W790 memory controllers; unbuffered or non-ECC DIMMs will not function in these systems.

Sustained reliability through thermal sensing

Each module includes a built-in sensor that tracks temperature across the 0 to 85°C operating range, allowing the platform to throttle before overheating occurs. Ten-layer PCBs and SK hynix ICs maintain signal integrity under continuous multi-threaded workloads.
