W790 workstation memory kit

This V-color TR532G48S440QX kit provides 128GB of DDR5 capacity across four registered DIMMs. Each module is a 32GB 1Rx4 unit built with SK Hynix ICs on a 10-layer PCB. The kit targets workstation boards based on the W790 chipset and is not compatible with standard desktop PCs or laptops.

Sustained-load behaviour

Registered buffering and on-die ECC maintain data integrity during extended compute sessions. A built-in thermal sensor tracks temperatures across the 0 to 85°C operating range to prevent overheating. The 1.1V operating voltage and 40-39-39-77 timings remain stable under continuous load rather than only in short bursts.

DDR5-4800 interface limits on W790 platforms

The modules run at the standard DDR5-4800 (PC5-38400) JEDEC rate with CL40 latency. Intel XMP profiles are supported for overclocking headroom within the W790 platform constraints. Bandwidth and latency ceilings are defined by the DDR5-4800 specification and the registered DIMM topology.
