Pilum Gaming Desktop

The Velztorm Pilum is a gaming desktop built around an AMD Ryzen 7 3700X eight-core processor, 64GB DDR4 memory and a 4TB PCIe NVMe SSD. An NVIDIA GTX 1660 Super with 6GB GDDR6 handles graphics duties and supports VR and G-SYNC. Windows 10 Pro is pre-installed and the chassis includes RGB lighting with a 120mm liquid CPU cooler.

Sustained Load Behaviour

The 750W power supply feeds the CPU and GPU during extended sessions while the liquid cooler manages processor thermals. The eight-core Ryzen 7 maintains clocks up to 4.4 GHz under multi-threaded workloads. The GTX 1660 Super delivers steady 1080p frame rates without the higher power draw of larger cards. The 4TB NVMe drive keeps game load times consistent as the library grows.

Practical Interface Limits

The system provides 802.11n Wi-Fi and wired Ethernet for network connectivity. Video output relies on HDMI and DisplayPort from the graphics card.
