The Velztorm Pilum desktop pairs a 3rd Gen AMD Ryzen 7 3700X 8-core processor with a GeForce RTX 3070 8GB GDDR6 card. The CPU runs at 3.6 GHz base and can boost to 4.4 GHz with 32 MB L3 cache. The system ships with 64 GB DDR4 memory and a 1 TB PCIe NVMe SSD plus a 6 TB 3.5-inch HDD. Windows 10 Pro is pre-installed on the 750 W platform.

Power and connectivity check

Verify that your mains supply can deliver enough current for a 750 W power supply and that you have a free wall socket or UPS outlet. The motherboard provides USB 3.1 Gen1, five USB 3.0 Type-A, four USB 2.0, one USB 3.1 Type-C Gen1, HDMI and DisplayPort video outputs, plus microphone and headphone jacks.
